Timeline of the bottle
Production timeline
Organic is not only about what is left out. It is about what is kept in: the soil, the climate, the ground built up over generations. This cuvée comes from a meticulous selection of grapes across the whole AOC Champagne area, all grown the organic way. A model of non-vintage Brut, joining Champagne know-how to respect for the terroir.
Main harvest
Black grape varieties (80%): Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, selected for their organic typicity. From manual harvest respecting the organic-farming specifications.
Reserve wines
The Chardonnay, 20%, brings what the black grapes do not: that brightness, that mineral line that opens the wine toward the light. A small share, and an essential one.
Tasting
Tasting
A wine that does not hide its nature. It shows what the soil gives, no more and no less: the authentic voice of Champagne terroir, farmed the organic way.
Optimal serving temperature
6 to 8 °C (43 to 46 °F)
Colour
Luminous golden yellow, with fine and lively bubbles
Nose
Floral (violet and lime), evolving on more vegetal hints of fern and truffle.
Taste
Light and subtle. Notes of citrus and exotic fruits evolving on a delicate touch of honey and brioche bread.
Fine cuisine pairings
At the aperitif above all, where its true nature shows: organic crudités, light tapas. It also carries through a full meal, alongside white poultry or a fish in citrus sauce.
