Timeline of the bottle

Production timeline
An anniversary cuvée. The 130 Anniversary marks 130 years of the Gardet House, founded in 1895 in Chigny-les-Roses. It tells the unique story of our House, a bold, modern style shaped by five generations of Champagne know-how.
Main harvest
The Millésime 2015 was not chosen by chance. We waited, tasted, watched. We knew it would hold the eight years, that it would carry the lees, that it would tell the story we wanted to tell. The Pinot Noir (70%) that explodes with fruit and generosity, the Chardonnay (30%) that carries the minerality and the magnificent acidity.
Reserve wines
Strictly limited edition: 4,000 bottles (75 cl) and 800 magnums (1.5 L), a total of 4,800. Released July 2025. Each bottle is presented in the anniversary gift box with a gold floral decor on black background, the signature design of the 130 years.

Tasting

Tasting
A cuvée crafted for celebration, freshness, creaminess, and the minerality that surprises, thanks to the Extra Brut dosage.
Optimal serving temperature
8 to 10 °C (46 to 50 °F)
Colour
Golden yellow with fine bubbles, the colour of a cuvée that has taken its time
Nose
A very generous first nose, a white-fleshed fruit profile carried by the Pinot: juicy pear, quince, white peach. Behind it, the Chardonnay's floral side, delicate white flowers of jasmine and acacia. Underneath, the tertiary aromas of more than eight years on the lees: sugared almonds and roasted hazelnuts.
Taste
The palate is fresh and creamy. The taste is full and delicious. Notes of lemon, brioche and then mineral follow to finish with elegant, lingering citrus zest aromas (lemon).

Fine cuisine pairings

Pairings for celebration. To begin, amuse-bouches and cocktail canapés. Through the meal, a well-composed cheese platter. As a main, low-temperature cooked poultry with its ravioles, the tender flesh answering the creaminess of the cuvée.
