BRUT ROSÉ
Best-seller
The rosé made the patient way. A white-wine base touched with a measure of red, the colour read in a glass before a label is seen. Caressing and fresh at once, aromatic without ever raising its voice.

Fermentations & Ageing
The white base (90%) ferments quietly in stainless steel, alcoholic then malolactic, clean and unadorned.
+ The red portion (10%) from AOC Champagne takes the same road, with one privilege: part of it rests a full year in oak, where wood and wine hold a slow conversation.
+ Then three years of patience in the bottle, on the lees.
+ And at least three months after disgorgement, before the bottle leaves the House.

Timeline of the bottle
Production timeline
There are two ways to make a rosé in Champagne, and we chose the finer, more demanding one. Assemblage asks the maker to fold a small measure of red wine into a white base with a perfumer's precision. The other way, saignée, lets the red grapes give up their own colour, quicker, but less exact. Ours is the choice of tradition, of patience, of composition.
Main harvest
Nine tenths of this cuvée are white wines, the year's wines completed by our reserve wines (around 25%). The same architecture as our Brut Tradition, the same House method.
Reserve wines
Red wines, about 10% of the blend: Pinot Noir and Meunier from Trigny, Chigny-les-Roses (Montagne de Reims) and Neuville-sur-Seine (Côte des Bar), partly aged one year in oak barrels.
Tasting
Tasting
A tonic, structured and powerful rosé. The red-wine portion gives the frame; the white base keeps the line fresh. Clean on the palate, balanced and direct on the finish.
Optimal serving temperature
6 to 8 °C (43 to 46 °F)
Colour
Bright salmon pink, the colour of a summer evening on the Marne
Nose
It opens on fresh red berries, strawberry and raspberry. Then the citrus arrives, grapefruit and orange peel. And far behind, a thread of spice, pepper, cinnamon, saffron, turmeric, like a memory of somewhere warmer.
Taste
On the palate, freshness leads. The red fruit follows, framed and supported, with the quiet strength the red wine brings. Then balance and freshness on the finish, and the wish for another glass.
Fine cuisine pairings
A summer evening aperitif above all. It stands up to a Moroccan lamb tagine, and finishes a meal happily alongside a shortcrust strawberry tart.
