Timeline of the bottle

Production timeline
Organic is not only about what is left out. It is about what is kept in: the soil, the climate, the ground built up over generations. This cuvée comes from a meticulous selection of grapes across the whole AOC Champagne area, all grown the organic way. A model of non-vintage Brut, joining Champagne know-how to respect for the terroir.
Main harvest
Black grape varieties (80%): Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, selected for their organic typicity. From manual harvest respecting the organic-farming specifications.
Reserve wines
Chardonnay, 20% of the blend: a minority selection that brings mineral tension and freshness to the final assemblage, lifting the breadth of the black grapes.

Tasting

Tasting
A fine, delicate cuvée that reads as a clear expression of Champagne terroir under organic farming. The black-grape majority gives the body, the Chardonnay holds the line, and the three years on the lees lend the texture.
Optimal serving temperature
6 to 8 °C (43 to 46 °F)
Colour
Luminous golden yellow, fine and persistent bubbles
Nose
Floral (violet and lime), evolving on more vegetal hints of fern and truffle.
Taste
On the palate, light and subtle. Notes of citrus and exotic fruit lead, then the three years on the lees bring a touch of honey and brioche bread. The finish stays fresh, drawn from the chalk beneath the vines.

Fine cuisine pairings

A Champagne to appreciate for its true nature: ideal as an aperitif. Will also perfectly accompany a delicious meal.
