Lemarié Pâtissier

Family craft on an industrial scale since 1933

Based at Chaumont in the Oise, the Lemarié company has designed, made and distributed pastries since 1933. Pre-sliced fruit cakes and individually wrapped pancakes form the core of its range, offered in several formats, weights and recipes.

It works under its own brand as well as for retailer labels, adapting recipes on request. Turned largely towards export, it counts the major retail chains among its customers, who carry its products in the grocery, chilled or bakery aisle. Production remains French.

What we do together

Lemarié Pâtissier is among the Oise houses serving Gardet champagnes. Two family crafts that have both become export trades.
