Le Carré stands at 8 rue Rougemaille, in the heart of the historic centre of Senlis, forty minutes from Paris on the A1. A traditional restaurant and lounge, it unfolds across five rooms of distinct character: a music bar salon, a patio covered or open, a small hushed room, a high-ceilinged hall.

One lunches there, dines there, or simply comes for a drink. Alongside its traditional French cooking, the house runs a cocktail, wine and champagne bar. Seminars, weddings, themed evenings and private hire complete the offer.

What we do together

Le Carré serves Gardet champagnes at the bar as well as at the table. Its five rooms welcome a glass at the counter as readily as a private reception.
