Caterer and creator of flavours in the heart of the Auvergne
Chef Cyril Martin works entirely in-house, from fresh produce bought from local growers and following the seasons. The house claims an environmentally responsible approach: a share of fair-trade organic produce, recipes adapted to food intolerances, sorted waste and reduced refuse.
