Cuisine & Réceptions is the catering house of David Van Laer, based at 21 rue du Vieux Château in La Chapelle-en-Serval, between Senlis and Chantilly. It works for private clients and companies alike, in its own room or wherever the occasion calls for.

For families it composes weddings, cocktail receptions and seated dinners. For companies it offers catering, evening events, conferences, fashion shows, festivals, seminars and meal trays, along with culinary programmes: tastings, cookery classes, recipe creation. Four words sum up its way of working: sharing, selection, exchange, terroir.
