Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Champagne Gardet collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the B2B portal. It supplements the Legal Notice and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The portal is operated by All Premium Goods SAS (see Legal Notice).

2. Data collected

We collect only the data necessary for the B2B business relationship:

  • Identification data: title, first name, last name of the contact;
  • Business data: company name, SIRET, intra-community VAT number, position;
  • Contact details: business email, phone, billing and delivery addresses;
  • Order data: history of quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices;
  • Payment data: bank transfer references (no credit card data stored);
  • Navigation data: cookies, technical logs, IP address (see section 9).

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • management of partner accounts and onboarding (creation, verification, follow-up);
  • management of quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices and customer service;
  • business relationship and support by the dedicated concierge;
  • compliance with legal and tax obligations (retention of invoices, VAT);
  • B2B commercial prospecting and targeted communications (with prior consent, withdrawable at any time);
  • improvement of the user experience, audience statistics and portal security.

4. Legal basis

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, processing is based on:

  • the performance of the contract (orders, deliveries, invoicing);
  • the compliance with legal obligations (retention of invoices, fraud prevention);
  • the legitimate interest of the data controller (IT security, prospecting professionals);
  • your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), withdrawable at any time.

5. Recipients of the data

Your data is never sold. It may only be transmitted to:

  • Champagne Gardet's internal departments (sales, accounting, concierge, logistics);
  • our contracted technical sub-processors (LWS hosting in France, carriers, transactional email providers);
  • administrative or judicial authorities, upon legal requisition.

All our sub-processors are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

By default, your data is hosted and processed within the European Union (LWS, Paris). No transfer to a third country will be made without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or adequacy decision).

7. Retention period

Active partner account: duration of the business relationship.
Inactive account: 3 years after the last contact, then intermediate archiving.
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
Prospecting data: 3 years from the last contact.
Cookies: maximum 13 months.
Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (articles 15 to 22) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

  • Access to your data;
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erasure in cases provided for by law;
  • Restriction of processing;
  • Portability of your data;
  • Objection to processing, in particular for prospecting purposes;
  • Setting of directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.

10. Security

Champagne Gardet implements technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data: HTTPS connection, password hashing, access logs, regular backups, strict access controls for authorised personnel, GDPR-compliant hosting.

11. Complaint to the CNIL

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may submit a complaint to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

12. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Any substantial modification will be notified to you by email or on the portal.
