Yes, fully. Every order is insured at its sale value. In case of loss or breakage during transport, we replace or refund at no extra cost to you.

For deliveries in France and Germany, you can indicate a time slot (morning/afternoon) when ordering. For international deliveries, we propose an appointment within 48h of your request.

No. For preservation and security reasons, we deliver exclusively to home or work addresses, with mandatory signature.

Absolutely. Our certified thermal packaging maintains a temperature between 8–16°C for 48 hours. For tropical zones or very hot summers, we add extra gel packs.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address and add a personalised message. The invoice is not included in the parcel — only a signed gift card.

A delivery notice is left. You can arrange a new (free) delivery or collect your parcel at the depot within 5 days. After that, the parcel is returned to us and re-dispatched at your expense.
