In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order, without needing to provide reasons.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with intact original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of defective products or our error.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or custom orders (special formats, engravings, specific vintages ordered on request).
