Returns & Claims

For any claim, please follow this procedure:

• Step 1: Contact us by email at contact@diechampagnerkoenige.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Step 2: Attach photos of the products and packaging if the parcel is damaged
• Step 3: Include your order number and a precise description of the problem
• Step 4: Our team will reply within 24 business hours

If you notice damage upon delivery:

• Refuse the delivery or make reservations on the delivery note
• Immediately photograph the parcel and damaged products
• Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order number

We will replace or refund damaged products as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and verified, the refund is processed:

• Timeframe: Within 14 business days of receiving the return
• Method: Via the same payment method used for the order
• Amount: Product price + initial shipping costs (in case of our error)

Champagne Gardet guarantees the quality of its products. If you notice a quality defect (faulty cork, premature oxidation, abnormal sediment):

• Keep the bottle — do not throw it away
• Note the batch number on the back label
• Contact us with a detailed description

Our oenologists will examine your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please clearly indicate your order number on the parcel. Returns without prior agreement from our team will be refused.
