An exemplary blended rosé, both smooth and fresh, aromatic without excess. Blind tasting reveals its rosé identity, as its signature is embedded in the wine’s DNA. Between natural simplicity, elegance and femininity.

A blended rosé

Brut Rosé is a so-called “blended rosé”. This is one of the two methods authorized in Champagne to produce rosé wine, the other being the partial maceration method known as “saignée”. The blending method consists of adding a small proportion of red (or rosé) wine to a base of white wines.

Red wines 10% of the blend. Produced from Pinot Noir and Meunier sourced from Trigny, Chigny-les-Roses (Montagne de Reims), and Neuville-sur-Seine (Côte des Bar). Part of the wines are aged for one year in oak barrels.

White wines 90% of the blend. A combination of wines from the year and reserve wines (around 25%), similar to the blend used in our Brut Tradition.

Final closure : Traditional natural cork

Cellaring after shipment : Ready to drink, can be cellared under proper conditions for up to 2 years.

Optimal serving temperature : between 6 and 8°C

Appearance
Bright salmon pink.
Nose
Fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry); notes of grapefruit and orange peel; hints of spice (pepper, cinnamon, saffron, turmeric).
Palate
Fresh and vibrant. Red fruit notes, structure and power. Balanced with a refreshing finish.
Food Pairings

Ideal as a summer aperitif, lamb tagine, strawberry tart.
