Tasting

Optimal serving temperature: between 8 and 10°C

Appearance
A deep rosé, reflections of redcurrant color.
Nose
The nose opens with aromas of bitter orange, nuanced by indulgent notes evoking pastries (frangipane, hazelnut, slight buttery accent). Notes of Amaretto then strawberry jam complete this harmonious ensemble.
Palate
The attack is fresh, never aggressive on the palate. The structure is well present, supported by delicately powdery tannins. The jam-like flavors of morello cherries and strawberries persist, while citrus notes, particularly kumquat, bring a touch of exoticism. Beautiful length on the palate.
Food Pairings

Dishes: Duck with cranberries, Roasted veal with blood orange jus. With aged gouda.

Desserts: For a sweet note, a dark bitter chocolate ganache and raspberry tart, the essential strawberry tart, a panna cotta with red fruit coulis or small financiers.
