Characteristics: A beautiful sanitary condition as well as exceptional maturity.

This champagne is distinguished by a delicate golden yellow color, enhanced by slightly silvery reflections, testifying to its youth and freshness.
Nose
The first nose, discreet and elegant, gradually reveals a complex and indulgent aromatic palette. Fruit aromas, such as pear and redcurrant, evolve harmoniously toward pastry notes evoking lemon tart and frangipane. A pronounced minerality with chalky accents enriches the bouquet, which concludes with mixed nuances of honey and hazelnuts.
Palate
The attack is fresh and tangy, asserting the lively character of this cuvée. The palate, tense and chiseled, takes up the minerality perceived on the nose. The pear aromas are confirmed, accompanied by a crunchy touch reminiscent of Granny Smith. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, carried by a finish on the zest, with a slight bitterness that adds to its elegance.
