Demi-Sec Champagne is a dosed version of Brut Tradition. Reserved for lovers of smooth, mellow and sweet wines, it reveals its full richness especially with desserts, where it combines fruity aromas with creamy or silky textures, enhanced by the wine’s natural sweetness.

Blending Timeline

This Demi-Sec is “non-vintage”. The House’s expertise lies in offering a consistent style and quality by achieving the perfect balance between wines from the year and our collection of reserve wines.

Main harvest

Approximately 70% of the blend. We are generally about 4 years after the main harvest of a Brut Tradition currently available for sale.

Reserve wines

Approximately 30% of the blend. Mainly from the three years preceding the base harvest, although some may be older.

Appearance
Honey-golden yellow.
Nose
Expressive and open. Aromas of ripe yellow fruits with subtle toasted notes.
Palate
Expressive. Yellow fruits with a rich, indulgent profile. Softness and velvety texture from the Meuniers, structure from the Pinot Noirs. Brioche notes, with a fine balance between aromas, acidity and length.
