The Brut Blanc de Noirs is crafted exclusively from grapes sourced from Premier Cru classified vineyards, renowned for the superior quality of their grapes. Here, they come solely from the village of Hautvillers.
Hautvillers is a Premier Cru village close to Épernay, located on the heights of the Marne Valley with a south-facing exposure. This place, particularly its abbey, is recognized as the birthplace of Champagne wines.
The blend Different parcels of the village are blended together to maintain consistency and balance over the vintages, ranging from vineyards at the bottom of the village near the river to those higher up the slopes before the forest.
