A symbolic cuvée, the 130 Anniversary, Vintage 2015 Extra Brut, tells the unique story of the House.
It is a champagne with a modern and bold style.
Composition
130 Anniversary, Vintage 2015 Extra Brut, is a wine in which
Pinot Noir (70%) bursts with fruit and generosity,
while Chardonnay (30%) reveals beautiful minerality and vibrant acidity.
Aged on its lees in bottle for over 8 years,
it stands out for its freshness and minerality, enhanced by an extra-brut dosage of
4 g/L.
Tasting
Appearance
Golden yellow, with fine and elegant bubbles.
Nose
A very generous first nose, dominated by aromas of white-fleshed fruits:
juicy pear, quince and white peach. This is followed by delicate notes of white flowers
(jasmine and acacia), then more subtle aromas of sugared almonds and toasted hazelnuts.
Palate
The attack is both fresh and creamy. The palate is full and indulgent.
Lemon, brioche and mineral notes unfold, leading to an elegant and persistent finish
with citrus zest (lemon).
Food Pairings
To enhance your tasting experience, we suggest harmonious pairings such as refined appetizers,
elegant canapés, a cheese platter, or gently slow-cooked poultry served with ravioli.
