The year 2016, particularly atypical, maintained its originality until the end of the growing season. An exceptionally wet and cool spring was followed by a very dry summer, culminating in a return to stable, sunny weather.
Conditions : August brought warm, sunny days.
Characteristics : Excellent sanitary condition and outstanding ripeness.
After an intense year, the ripening dynamics and the quality of the grapes offered the winemakers the opportunity to conclude the vintage with great satisfaction and excellent raw material.
